Thanks for the fast response.
I think I've identified the issue, I repurposed a MS SQL connector (changed the ODBC connection string) because I didn't want to have to configure each field by hand, and it was using a different SQL dialect.
I've now created a Maria DB connector from scratch and it seems to be working fine. I will confirm in a few days.
Hello Sorin,
When the option 'Log all messages to SQL/Excel Connector...' in the advanced general settings is set to the right SQL Connector then all the messages should be logged in the SQL database.
If you send me the configuration file (menu options 'File-export-Configuration') and the event log file (menu options 'File-export-Event log') I will have a look at it to see what the issue could be. You can send the two files to email address 'dms@diafaan.com'.

Hello!
I've created a dedicated SQL connector using Maria DB for saving logs (for billing purposes), but not all the sent messages are stored there.
I haven't been able to figure out a pattern of what iss missing, but there are quite a lot of messages missing.
What am I missing ?
Hello Emmanuel,
The best way to keep a record of each outgoing and/or incoming SMS is to use an (extra) SQL Connector to store the log in an SQL database. Normally an SQL Connector only stores the outgoing messages that are sent from the same SQL Connector but in the advanced options you can set one SQL Connector that stores all the messages in Diafaan SMS Server.
Another option is to set the logging options (select 'Actions-Options-Logging') to 'Remove log items after 1 day' and select the 'Save removed items to XML file'. This will store all log items to XML files after one day.
Regards, Henk
