You can use the 'message-guid' and/or 'message-info' fields of the HTTP API to send your own information with each message. These two fields are used in the 'message_out' HTTP callback and can be used to set the (list of) gateway(s) that can send the message.

I have web connector which accepts send messages over the HTTP API.
Can I read a custom field, either in a c# script or in the PHP callback? I am passing a client id parameter which I want to use to decide which SMPP gateway to forward the message over.
Neither the PHP callback nor the c# scripts seem to have any way to do this.
