This error indicates that not all parts of a multipart message were delivered to Diafaan SMS Server within a period of one hour after the first message part of the message was received. When that happens, Diafaan SMS Server shows all message parts as separate messages with the error status.

There are two possible reasons for this error. One is that one of the message parts is not delivered to the modem at all, so Diafaan SMS Server never receives it. The other reason might be that one part of the message is delivered late to the modem so that Diafaan SMS Server receives it after the timeout period of one hour.
