The SMPP packet seems to be fine, I cannot find any obvious problems with it. Can you send me the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server so that I can test it with your settings? To save the configuration file, use menu options 'File-Export-Configuration'. You can send the file to email address dms@diafaan.com.
