You can find a list of SMPP error codes on page 112-114 of the SMPP 3.4 specifications. Note that the error codes in the specification is in hexadecimal notation and the error codes in Diafaan SMS Server are in decimal notation.

The error codes in the SMPP specification are the error codes that the SMPP server returns immediately after sending the message or logging on. SMPP does not specify the error codes in the delivery report, these error codes are network and SMSC specific.

If the error codes in your question are errors in the submit_sm or bind response, they indicate the following errors:

2162 (0x872) Reserved
069 (0x45) submit_sm or submit_multi failed
005 (0x5) ESME Already in Bound State
21 (0xE) Invalid Password
