Hello Florian,

The Email Connector only uses the 'To Address' of the email messages to extract the phone number(s) from the message. This is the same for the 'Start SMTP Server' and the 'Get email from a POP server' options in the Email Connector of Diafaan SMS Server. There is no option in Diafaan SMS Server to use the CC or BCC fields as well.

The reason that you do not notice this with the 'Start SMTP Server' option is probably that the email server splits the email in multiple emails and sends one email to Diafaan SMS Server for each TO, CC and BCC user. With a POP box for multiple addresses this should also be possible with 'Get email from a POP server' option.

Regards, Henk

Hello Support,

I Need to send SMS processed by the email Gateway that have a CC/BCC too. I have an email Gateway configured in the Diafaan SMS Server thats processing emails from a POP3 Mailbox. When there is a recipient address defined in the CC/BCC field, it will be ignored by Diafaan SMS Server. Only the SMS addressed in the "To:" field will be send, the rest will be ignored.

When I test with the "Start SMTP" Setting it works. But I Need this Feature with the Get "Email from a POP Server" Setting.

Is there any way to do this?

Thank you in advance.
