Hello Sarfaraz,

If I understand you correctly you use Diafaan SMS Server with 3 Email Connectors with a POP connection to the same account on a POP server, is that right?

This setup won't work properly, the POP client in the Email Connector is specifically designed to be the exclusive user of the POP box. It will read the messages from the POP box and then remove them so that it (or another email client) cannot read the message again.

Hello Henk,

We have 3 email connectors checking the same email ID but all the connectors check for different incoming email IDs. We have observed that this scenario is not working fine. We see that some time x connector miss the incoming email some time y connector miss the incoming email. It is not working as expected.

Can you please check and let us know that can we use one email ID for different connectors or will have to use different email IDs.
