Support forum
We are not able to provide this kind of support in the trial period of the software but for customers with a valid license for Diafaan SMS Server we can provide sample scripts, as long as they are not too complicated.
If you have a license for Diafaan SMS Server that is still in the free update and support period, please send the request for the script and your serial number to dms@diafaan.com and I will see if we can help you with a sample script.

Thank you so much for your support, I would like to know where can i get some help regarding the script, as i am not a programmer and i have seen the sample script, all i need to know now the exact changes i need to add to the following
" PostSendMessage(fromAddress, "", "We have received your message", "sms.text", "", "", "", 0) "
Instead of send back a reply i want to send a mail and add the message fields.
please advice
thanks again
Hello AbdulBari,
The primary key field 'Id' is only used when a received SMS message is placed in a database with the SQL Connector, it is generated by the database and not part of the information of the SMS message. The Email Connector does not use an 'Id' field and it is not possible to add one with the Email Connector since the SMS system does not provide one. If you want to add a unique non-sequential identifier, you can use the sender number and the send time. This combination is usually unique for each SMS message.
If you really need to add a sequential numeric 'Id' field to the email messages, you can use a Scripting Connector and create a script that forwards all received SMS messages to email. In this script, you can send the email in exactly the way you need, including a self generated numeric ID.

Hi,
I would like to know how can i add ID (primary key) field to email connector of received sms.
Right now in the template there To, From, Gateway and so on except ID. Like in sql connector there is Id (the primary key) field which shows a number to every received sms.
Please advice how can I add this custom field to email connector of received sms's.
Thanks
