Thanks for the quick reply,we were troubleshooting and we found that there is port issue at our SMSC end we changed that port and after applying RESET it got working fine,thanks for the Diafaan,this software is really good and scripting connector it makes awesome..

Hello Surya,
This could be a problem on the SMPP server side or a problem on the side of Diafaan SMS Server. Can you send the communication log of the SMPP Gateway to dms@diafaan.com? The log should contain two or more attempts to deliver a shortcode message to Diafaan SMS Server and after that a reset of the SMPP Gateway. Can you also specify the time that the shortcode messages should be delivered?

Hi Team,
Our team using Diafaan basic version to send SMS via SMPP Gateway using VB.NET Scripting connector.
the problem is when we send a sms to diafaan server using short-code via SMSC,
we recieve reply from diafaan server for first time but when we try again/second time its not working our sms is not delivering to diaffan server until we disable/enable the setting in SMPP gateway.
Every time we have to disable/enable the SMPP Gateway setting for sending or receiving.
please suggest any....
