This is strange, I can't explain the difference between the screenshots of PuTTY, the AT command tester and the log of Diafaan SMS Server. The log suggests that the COM port is unstable but if you are able to connect with PuTTY it should work with Diafaan SMS Server in exactly the same way.
I am sorry but I don't have more suggestions how to get your modem pool to work with Diafaan SMS Server.

thanks again for reply I had tried with Putty and AT command tester the both are working fine i am attaching screenshots. Somehow i had added the gateway in diafaan and i had collected the logs too i am attaching it too i had tried of uninstalling and installing again, stopping and starting services again and tried restarting pc still the Diafaan shows trying to connect or Stopped Status.
Logs:https://pastebin.com/xPxZtHrg
Without the logs there is not much I can say about the issue. Perhaps the virtual COM ports do not work properly or the modem modules do not react as they should, that is not clear from the screenshots.
A good way to test one of the modems is to use a terminal program like PuTTY to connect to the COM port. If the modem reacts with OK when you type the AT command, Diafaan SMS Server should be able to connect to the modem as well. If you cannot get the COM port to work with the terminal program, it probably won't work with Diafaan SMS Server.

Hello Suhin,
I would like to see the communication log for one of the COM ports. The logs that you get after using the 'Search' and 'Test' buttons when you add a new GSM Modem Gateway are also useful.
You can send the log files to email address 'dms@diafaan.com'.
