I have not yet received your configuration file and event log entries, other information like the version of Diafaan SMS Server you use, the communication log of the connection and which online SMS service you use would also be helpful.

the event log doesn't show any errors ( just timout ) from the provider and hen successful connection .
for the keep interval i put the value=30 sec

Without more information about the configuration you are using it is very difficult to determine the possible cause of this problem. It is likely that there are errors in the Event Log of Diafaan SMS Server just before it stops sending messages that will give a better indication what the real problem is.
If you send the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (select File-Export-Configuration) and the appropriate Event Log entries (right-click on the event log entries to export) to dms@diafaan.com, I will have a look. Please include the serial number or purchase order number of your license in your support request email.
