Hi Psalm,

It is not very likely that the software has memory leaks. It is possible that the console program becomes unresponsive if the log database is getting too large (> 200000 records). If this is the case, the solution is to periodically remove old log items automatically in the logging options.

The only reason the software crashed that we have experienced was because of hardware failure. Specially USB modems sometimes have buggy drivers that do not handle removal of the USB connectors or device problems well.

Please check if there are any error message in the Event Log, these might give clues about pending problems.

I think the program has a memory leak. It happended to us twice now... The program started to fail to run and start any service.. please help...
