QuoteStatus error 301 means that the message was accepted by the SMPP server but the server was unable to deliver the message to the mobile phone. Error message 'Undeliverable' usually means that the destination number does not exists or that the server does not know how to route the message to the mobile network of the destination phone. Error message 'Expired' means that the validity period of the message was expired before the message could be delivered to the mobile phone.
Status error 300 means that the SMPP server rejected the message. Error code 1028 is not a standard SMPP error, your SMPP service provider should be able to tell you what the error code indicates.

Would like to ask if you encountered the below issues and how did you resolve the issue?
