This error indicates that Diafaan SMS Server expects an XML formatted value in a data field of the Web Connector, but the value is empty or not in XML format. This is not always a critical error, if the Web Connector works normally, you can ignore the error.

One reason for the error could be that you override a data field that the Web Connector uses internally, for instance with an HTTP callback call. But I will have to see the full event log information to determine the exact location of the error. The full event log information can be saved to file with a right-click on the item in the event log of Diafaan SMS Server and the selection 'Export to file'.
