We are facing some issues in character encoding. Below are the details for your reference.

User is sending to us using SMPP connector >> we are sending to our vendor using SMPP Gateway.

In both SMPP Connector and SMPP Gateway we have kept CharacterSetSend GSMDefaultAlphabet. Please let us know what should be the setting as we tried all the type of character encoding which are listed.
