Hello Sarfaraz,

Delivery reports in SMPP contain only a basic timestamp without timezone information and since the timezones can be different for each message (depending on their destination) there is no way in SMPP to be certain of the time zone for a specific delivery time in a receipt.

We could add a setting for a fixed offset to the delivery time of the message in the SMPP Gateway. That would solve the issue for most or all of the messages in your situation.

Hello Henk,

How are you? The ClientAsyncWindowSize is working perfectly fine thank again for that. We are now having a issue in which the SMPP gateway is sending the DLR and the receive time is in some other timezone and we want to change it to our timezone. We had requested our vendor on that to send the receive time in our timezone but they are not able to do it at the moment.

Can you please help us if we can do this on our end and how can we achieve that?
