Hello Aldo,

The 'NumberWhiteList' setting in the advanced options of each gateways of Diafaan SMS Server only work for incoming SMS messages, the 'NumberWhiteList' setting in the connectors only work for outgoing SMS messages.

So if you want to prevent that SMS messages are sent to specific numbers, you have to add the whitelist/blacklist to the 'NumberWhiteList' setting in the appropriate connector(s).

Regards, Henk

Hi again,

From further playing around and also with the interest in the Excel connector I upgraded to 4.7.0.0.
I was still struggling getting it to work, but after I moved it from the Gateway to the email connector it started to work fine using a file.

kind regards,
Aldo

Hello Jose Luis,

Following the rules of the whitelist/blacklist your example allows only messages to numbers +56944444444, +56955555555, +56966666666 and +56977777777, messages to all other numbers are blocked.

I would like to see your configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration'), perhaps there is something in the configuration that would explain why the whitelist/blacklist does not work. You can send the configuration file to 'dms@diafaan.com').

Regards, Henk

hello

Consult, I have tried to use the Black list to prevent a specific number from appearing,

but according to the documentation, you should put the statement in
"advances => NumberWhiteList",
with the format:

[allow]
+56944444444
+56955555555
+56966666666
+56977777777

[deny]
+56912345678

but when doing so, it continues to send the message to the number, I also tried the examples that
come out
in the documentation, but nothing works, I have the license and version 4.5.0 (64 bits)

I would appreciate your help, thanks in advance.
