As far as I can determine from the specifications, the Teltonika routers also do not support the GSM 07.05/07.07 AT command standards. They do offer an SMS HTTP API and it is probably possible to make it work with Diafaan SMS Server in a limited way using the HTTP Gateway in the basic- and full editions of Diafaan SMS Server.
The MultiTech Cell 100 USB modems are excellent modems for Diafaan SMS Server. If you need LAN capacity then you can consider the MultiTech rCell 100 modem but there is no real difference in the reliability of the two models.
Thank you for your reply.
Do you know if the https://teltonika.lt/product/rut230 or rut240 are supported by Diafaan?
Also do you think we can use MultiTech Cell 100 USB as a 24/7 celluar modem with Diafaan? Or it's unreliable enough as LAN, because of it's USB interface?
We have not tested the Billion M100 router with Diafaan SMS Server but if I look at the specifications of the router on the internet then I think that it is not compatible with Diafaan SMS Server.
Diafaan SMS Server requires a wireless modem that conforms to the GSM 07.05/07.07 AT command standards and I can't find any information that the Billion M100 router supports the required AT command set.
Can the SMS gateway server work with the Billion M100 router?
