There are two things you can check:
- Can you see the messages in the 'Inbox' or 'Receive log' when you log in to the web application with a browser using the same user name and password as you use in the HTTP API call?
- Are there any errors in the event log of the Web Connector?
in console window I can see everything clearly - Im 100% sure I'm receiving messages on given Connector (receive log).
Problem comes, when I try to request received messages via API (which is crucial). There wasn't any problem before, but suddenly this week it's not returning anything, just empty XML. Im assuming there is some problem with DB, how can I debug this?
