This error indicates that the GSM service provider accepted the message but that it could not deliver it to the destination GSM phone. The error text 'Quality of service not available' suggests that the destination GSM phone does not have a reliable connection to the network but this is an unlikely error and it is more likely that the GSM network just does not know how to deliver the messages.

The first thing to check is if the numbers are correct, it is best to use International number format (+506xxxxxxx) for all messages sent with Diafaan SMS Server. Another thing to check is if you are able to send SMS messages when you use the SIM card in a normal mobile phone.
