Thank you very much Henk, I think that could have been the reason. I updated the gateway setting in Diafaan server and will let you know as we go through the day.

Best regards,
Mike

Hello Mike,

This error probably has to do with the SIM grouping option of the Hypermedia SMS PRO API. SIM grouping enables a message to be routed only to one of the SIM cards in the group and not to other SIM cards in the Hypermedia device. When you set the 'Use SIM cards...' property in the 'SIM card routing' options of the Hypermedia SMS PRO Gateway settings, Diafaan SMS Server creates a SIM group with the name of the gateway and sends the SIM card list to the Hypermedia gateway upon initialization of the gateway. The group name is then sent with every message to the Hypermedia gateway.

I am not entirely sure what could be the problem but one possibility is that the SIM card list on the Hypermedia gateway does not match the list in the 'Use SIM cards...' property anymore. This might cause an error when Diafaan SMS Server creates the group name and result in the '323, No matching group' error when you send the messages. If this is true, the solution would be to update the 'Use SIM cards...' property or to select 'Use all SIM cards in the SMS PRO gateway' option instead.

If this does not solve the problem, I would like to see the communication log for the Hypermedia SMS PRO gateway. Maybe the log can give me a better indication of the cause of the error.

Regards, Henk
