The SMS system does not really support the 2-way messaging that you want to implement because it is designed for phone to phone communication and not for multi-user to phone conversations. It does not have a conversation ID field to match a reply with the original message.
It is possible to implement this option with Diafaan SMS Server using the HTTP callback option. This option can be used to route received messages to a specific SMPP Connector and user name. However, you will have to create a script in PHP or ASP.NET that keeps a list with all messages that you send and create the logic to match received messages with the messages that you have sent. This is not an easy task.

Hello,
Can you tell us is there any option in Diafaan to set 2 way messaging? We need to set when sms is sent over smpp to some number "A" and that number "A" replay to that sms to send status delivered to sender. In our case operator over which we sending sms dont provide dlr by default but if we write *0# before text we will receive sms delivery.
