Hello Johno,

If your license is still in the free upgrade and support period you can download the latest version of the trial software from this website and install it over the existing installation. The license and all settings are preserved.

We only test the upgrade of consecutive versions of Diafaan SMS Server and there could be some issues if you upgrade from a very old to the latest version but these kind of issues are usually minor.

I've had a search but couldn't find a definitive answer to this. I have a full licence and it is till within the free upgrade period. Is the upgrade process between version 3.0.0.0 to 4.1 a simple matter of just installing the newer version?

Will the existing settings, scripts and connectors etc be compatible with the new version?
