Hello Dotun,

Are you using a GSM modem, Clickatell or the SMPP protocol to send the messages?

I am not able to provide much support in the trial period of Diafaan SMS Server but if you send the communication log to email address dms@diafaan.com I can have a look to see if I can find a problem in the log.

Hello, I just set up the diaafan SMS server and all was working till today. At the moment when I run the SMS server and the service and port is open, I can't receive any SMS. I have tried to restart the service and send SMS but still the same issue. Please I need an advice on what the issue might be why I can't receive SMS.
