Are you certain that the SMPP client includes a request for delivery reports with the messages? Without it, Diafaan SMS Server will not forward the DLR request to the GSM Modem Gateway or SMPP Gateway and that means that the SMS service won't generate a delivery status update.

If you send the communication log of the SMPP Connector to email address dms@diafaan.com I will have a look. Please make sure to include the serial number of your license in the email.

It is an SMPP connection.

When I use a different SMPP client, DLRs are updated.

Is there a log I could check for and send so you can analyse and advise?

If the send log of the SMPP Connector only shows the message as 'Sent' then the problem is related to (one of the) gateways.

Are you using GSM Modem Gateways, SMPP Gateways or another gateway type to send the messages from the SMPP Connector.

Does Diafaan SMS Server display the delivery status in the send log of the SMPP Connector?

Hi,

I have installation the Trial version of Difaan and I have use Difaan as a router for SMS traffic using an SMPP connector.

None of the messages are displaying DLR status. All are flagged as Sent.

How can I configure SMPP connection to receive DLR status?
