I have tried the settings in your post and managed to login to your SMPP server with the user name and password you supplied.

If you still get the same error then there might be a spelling mistake in the user name and/or password.

I have create user name : [*REMOVED*] p/w: [*REMOVED*] and login [*REMOVED*] success
try change SMPP Connector to Web Connector. I try use SMPP from 88.99.95.xxx

Hello Jobs,

The easiest way to set up the accounts for the SMPP Connector is to set up a Web Connector first and add new users in the browser interface of the Web Connector.

You can set the 'Use user list from ...' option in the 'SMPP server' settings of the SMPP Connector to use the user/password list from the Web Connector.
