Thank for you great supporting, i found that more than one PC were installed Diafaan SMS server, that is the problem.
now i can solve it.

If the messages do not arrive in the send queue of Diafaan SMS Server, and there are no errors in the event log, then the only reason for this problem I can think of is that the messages are read in by another instance of Diafaan SMS Server. You can test this by stopping the Diafaan SMS Server service and check if the message are still removed from the database.

I can't think of any other reason for the this behavior.

Can you explain 'message cannot sent out' in more detail? What happens exactly after the messages are read from the database table? Do you see the messages in the send queue of Diafaan SMS Server? And do you see the messages in the send log as either 'sent' or 'failed' after some time?

Dear Henk,
First i tested send messages from Diafaan SMS Server application directly, it's work well.
But i have thousands customers to send messages, so i create an sql agent to insert records into table MessageOut.
The problem is some time messages had been sent out and some time message cannot sent out and there is not any error in event log at all.

I use SQLserver 2012, and i use sql agent to inert the report into table MessageOut and records will be deleted from MessageOut automatically, and i do not see any error in event log.

Hello Som,

Can you give a more detailed description of the problem? Which database are you using? Are the messages picked up by Diafaan SMS Server from the database or do they stay in the MessageOut table? Are there any errors in the event log of Diafaan SMS Server?

I have a project which i will send messages to customers, so i insert the records into the table MessageOut directly.
but i don't know why sometime it works and sometime it doesn't work.
Do you have any ideas for this case?
