Hi Tony,
To be able to match the email address to the mobile number of the received message, the number must be exactly the same as the number that was used to send the message. Most mobile operators provide a number in International number format when they deliver an SMS to the modem and this means that the corresponding email address will only be found when the International number format is used to send the message.

We have got our system up and running, but have found the following issue.
When sending (via email to SMS) to a local number e.g. 0487318XXX, the reply does not go back to the senders email address (just the default one)
When we send the message to +61487318XXX (using the international format) the message does indeed come back to the senders email address.
How do we configure the system to recognise the incoming number as a national format and route the message back to the sender ?
