The PORTech MV-370 cannot be used in VoIP mode and AT (SMS) mode at the same time. Diafaan SMS Server has to grab the GSM module of the PORTech MV-370 to be able to send SMS messages and while Diafaan SMS Server uses the GSM module asterisk cannot use the GSM module.

It is probably possible to use the PORTech MV-372 with asterisk and Diafaan SMS Server at the same time since that GSM gateway has two GSM modules. However, we have never tested the PORTech MV-372 and I cannot be sure that this will work.
