Hello Pete,

It is possible that the Cinterion modem is storing the messages in a memory location where Diafaan SMS Server does not look. It might help to set the 'ModemInitializationBeginning' property in the advance settings of the GSM Modem Gateway to:
AT+CPMS="MT","MT","MT"
or
AT+CPMS="ME","ME","ME"

If both of these settings have no effect, and you still do not receive the messages, I would like to have a look at the communication log of the modem. You can email the log file to dms@diafaan.com.

Im using a Cinterion MC55i modem and can send texts fine, but when i reply they leave the phone with no error but do not get delivered.

i have a email and web connector set up.

Please can someone point me in the direction of some trouble shooting this.
