Hello Jislom,

This is the only way to transfer the configuration of Diafaan SMS Server from one server to another. If it does not work, you might have copied the folder to the wrong location. It is also possible that Diafaan SMS Server does not have the rights to access the files, if that is the case you can probably solve it by making the files readable and writable for everyone.

Regards, Henk

Hi Kjell,

It is not possible to import a configuration file in Diafaan SMS Server. However, the configuration is stored in the "%ProgramData%\Diafaan\Diafaan Message Server\" folder and you can safely transfer the "Configuration.sqlite file" in this folder to the new machine.

- Stop the Diafaan SMS Server service and Console program
- Replace the file "%ProgramData%\Diafaan\Diafaan Message Server\Configuration.sqlite" from the old machine location.
- Start the Diafaan SMS Server service and Console program

Regards, Henk

Hi

we ran the demo version on a test machine. Now we have purchased the basic edition, and installed it on a new machine.

I have exported the config from the test machine, but how can I import the xml file with config on the new machine? I cant find a option for it...
