The easiest way to integrate your application with Diafaan SMS Server is to use a common database table and the SQL Connector in Diafaan SMS Server. You application then just has to write a new database record in the MessageOut database table to send a text message.

Hi
I am building/designing a portal. In future I want to incorporate SMS messaging into the site, it will be important regards to tip friends, recruiting and more. In general is there any special design/programming of the database or site required to make it to work? I want the site to be prepared to connect with the sms part in a snap when the time is coming.
To get the community to thriving i want to build a circle regards to tip a friend, not only in social communities and e-mail - but also sms.
For example thought scenarios:
- A user will tip a friend about a forum thread with sms texting - Do the form with the phonenumber to be designed in spesial way? This regards posting to the sql so the diafaan software will send the sms.
- Tip a friend function about the site in general (similar to what exists on e-mail).
I APPRECIATE THIS, I DO NOT KNOW ALL APPLICATIONS THAT WILL USE SMS BUT AN GENERAL IDEA WOULD HELP A LOT.
