GSM Modem Keep trying to connect PORT and not active at all

Hello Deepak,

This behavior can have a number of causes ranging from hardware problems, problems with the SIM cards or problems connecting to the mobile network. One of the things you can try is setting the 'RebootBeforeInitialization' property in the advanced settings of one of the GSM Modem Gateways to 'False'. Some modems take a long time to recover from a forced reboot and it is possible that Diafaan SMS Server tries to connect to the modem before the reboot cycle is completed.

If this does not solve the problem then I would like to see the communication log for one of the modems. You can send the log to dms@diafaan.com. Please include the serial number of your license in the email.

Hi

We are using full edition. We have put 10 SIM , It worked fine first time but after, reboot the system all GSM modem are disabling with X sign on it. It is keep saying trying to connect port. I was waiting last 8-10 hours but its still trying to connect.

Could you please help me out for the same. Please find log for more details..
