Hello John,

The 'Port not accessible' error usually means that the COM port is already in use by another program. This could be Diafaan SMS Server, the connection software of the modem or another program that uses this COM port. A COM port can only be used by one program at a time, you'll have to close the program that uses the COM port before you can open it with PuTTY.

Need help with "portal not accessible" issue, I tried terminal program puTTY to connect my modem but this didn't work for me.
