Diafaan SMS Server does not have built-in support for the Option GlobeSurfer III+. I have not been able to find specific information about the SMS support in the Option GlobeSurfer III+ but if it supports SMS through an SSH connection then in theory this could be used from a Scripting Gateway in Diafaan SMS Server.

Writing such a script is not easy, it requires programming experience in C# or Visual Basic.NET and knowledge of the SSH interface of the Option GlobeSurfer III+. It is probably easier (and cheaper) to purchase a GSM modem with support for the GSM 07.05/07.07 AT command standard that Diafaan SMS Server can use right away without any programming.
