If a message sent with the GSM Modem Gateway is marked as 'Delivered' in the send log, it means that Diafaan SMS Server received a delivery report from the mobile network and that it is certain that the message was received on the mobile phone.
Depending on your configuration of Diafaan SMS Server, there could be number of reasons why you did not receive the message on the phone. If you send me the configuration file (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration') and the send log of one of the messages that you did not receive (right click on the message in the send log and select 'Export to file') I might be able to see what the problem is. You can send the files to email address dms@diafaan.com.

Hello,
Good day!
Just want to ask what could be the possible cause for such an issue. I've tried to use "Send Message" on the configured GSM Modem Gateway and I was able to receive the test message. However, when the connector sends messages, it shows up as "Sent" and "Delivered" on the Send Log but I was not able to receive the said messages. Hope you can help.
