Hello Ruizzie,
It is possible that your modem does not recover properly from a reboot, I have not seen this with the ConiuGo modems that I have tested, and we also did not receive reports from customer with this problem, but ConiuGo uses different modem modules for different models and it is possible that the combination of your modem with the wireless network you use prevents a successful reboot.
You can disable the reboot option in the advanced setting of the GSM Modem Gateway by setting the 'RebootBeforeInitialization' property to 'False'.
Sometimes the modem just needs more time to recover from a reboot, the default waiting time after a reboot is 30 seconds but you can increase the 'ModemRebootTime' property to 45 or 60 seconds.

Hello, we are using a Coniugo modem with Diafaan Server.
Unfortunately after rebooting the modem, most often it does not come online correctly. The strange thing is that the test result under "edit gateway properties" is returned as OK, but then when you save the settings, the modem is rebooted and then it stops responding to commands.
The answers that are coming back on the AT commands are garbled. I trust this is the problem, but I don't understand where this suddenly comes from. The result of the modem test actually only shows this:

After a while, Diafaan server start experiencing time-outs when communicating with the modem (although the network is fine) and then starts rebooting the modem. Then it keeps going through this cycle and then only once and a while will it come back online correctly.
If anyone has any advice on what might be happening, that would be greatly appreciated.
