Is it possible to send the configuration to email@example.com? You can export the configuration of Diafaan SMS Server with the menu options File-Export-Configuration.
My first guess would be that the default email address that you use is missing or wrong. There might also be log entries in the Event Log that indicate a problem sending the email.
