Hello Mershid,

The first thing you can check is if the message is visible in the receive log of the Web Connector (click on the Web Connector and select the 'Receive log' tab.

If you see the received message in the log you can check the event log of the Web Connector to see if there are any errors with regard to the HTTP call.

Finally, you can enable the communication log for the Web Connector to see if there are any errors in the HTTP call is sent to your script.

Hi
I implemented Forward received message to website in Web Connector setting and working find an i get received message in my web script but only when i click "Test" button . If i do not click "test" button no message forward toward my website.
