Hello Saulo,

A message that only contains 'Ok' is tricky in text mode because it is sometimes indistinguishable from the 'OK' response from the modem. Om most modems Diafaan SMS Server will interpret this as an empty message but text mode can be implemented differently on different modem models and it might cause other problems in Diafaan SMS Server. In general, it is almost always better to use PDU mode if the modem and the mobile network supports it.

I would like to see the communication log for the modem, both in PDU mode and text mode. You can send the log file to 'dms@diafaan.com'.

Regards, Henk

Hello... I have a Multimodem MTCBA-G-F4 modem.
And the only way i could send messages was by setting the compatibility mode in gate way settings to "basic text mode" but i noticed that every time someone answers the word "Ok" it causes a receive error and the systems makes a system reboot. Is there a way to fix this.
I'd like to use PDU mode but when i use it it fails after sending 4 or 5 messages. and with text mode it doesn't. I'm open t configure the gateway to basic PDU mode if it will be reliable.
