Hello Imanyere,
This usually occurs when there is a mismatch between the message ID of the original message and the receipt. You can try to set the 'MessageIdFormat' property in the advanced settings of the SMPP Gateway to different values and test each setting.
If this still does not work, I would like to see the communication log of the SMPP Gateway that contains at least one message and receipt. You can send this file to email address dms@diafaan.com.
