Thanks for coming back to me with an answer on this Henk.
Would this be a possible upgrade in future versions, or should I possible start looking to script something together myself for this purpose?

Hello Dave,
The web application does not have an option for individual contact lists that can only be changed by an administrator. It only supports an individual contact list that can be changed by the user and/or a common contact list for every user that can be changed by an administrator.

Hi,
I am looking for a way to add content to individual users contact lists as an Admin. I do not want our users being able to add / delete contacts is this at all possible?
I have already set the users so that they are unable to add content, but now I cannot see anywhere that allows me to add contacts in to a private list for them only the global ones.
