By default, the Web Application is built-into Diafaan SMS Server but it is possible to export the files and change the logo/title and the language of the Web Application.

In the Web Connector HTTP Server properties is an option "Use external web application". If you select that option, click "Refresh files" and "Show folder" and change the index.html file and the style.css file to change the branding and/or language. If you make a mistake you can always use the "Refresh files" button again to restore the files to the initial content.
