I have to see the configuration file of Diafaan SMS Server (menu options 'File-Export-Configuration') and the event log (menu options 'File-Export-Event log') to know more. If you send these two files to email address dms@diafaan.com I will have a look and let you know what the problem could be.

Thanks a lot,, I have been able to set it up but when I tried sending message it didn't go through, it's only showed on the Outbook "Queued", what could be wrong??

Hello Lapis,

We do not have video tutorials available for Diafaan SMS Server. One thing that might be confusing is that Diafaan SMS Server always needs an external SMS service to be able to send SMS messages. This can be a GSM modem with SIM card, and Android phone (also with SIM card) or an HTTP or SMPP based SMS service like BulkSMS, ClickSend, Clickatell, Esendex, MessageBird, Nexmo or Twilio.
