I do not have more configuration information than is available in the article on our website. The ATC-1000 was easy to set up using the built-in web interface and I suspect the set up of the ATC-3000 model is more or less similiar. The manual of the ATC-3000 is available here.

It is important that the RS-232 communication parameters in the ATC-3000 match the communication parameters of the Wavecom Fastrack modem exactly. If you have a normal serial port available on your PC, it is probably a good idea to use it to check if the modem works and what the serial port parameters of the modem are. If you know the correct baudrate and other communication parameters you can set them in the web interface of the ATC-3000.
