I am not sure if you can use a 64-bit OLEDB driver with the 32-bits version of MS Access, a quick search on the internet suggests that this is not possible.
As an alternative, you can use the 32-bit version of Diafaan SMS Server. To install the 32-bits version you have to use the '/32' parameter with the installation program of Diafaan SMS Server, e.g. 'Diafaan_SMS_Server_Full.exe /32'. If you have already installed the 64-bit version of Diafaan SMS Server you have to uninstall the existing installation first. After the re-install, Diafaan SMS Server will probably indicate that the trial license has expired but if you send an email to 'firstname.lastname@example.org', we can send you an extension of the trial license.
Trying to install but running into issue with connection to MsAccess database
I have a32 bit version of office installed and am encountering error message of 64 bit OLE Driver required
Attempting to install from Microsoft but they wont install as have 32 bit office installed?
