The SMPP Connector in Diafaan SMS Server does not have a setting to block or allow traffic depending on the IP address of the SMPP client. But it is possible to implement this in an HTTP callback script.

The SMPP Connector triggers an 'accept_connection' HTTP callback call with the IP number from the SMPP client as one of the parameters. The script can then block or accept the connection.
