Hello Swip,
Diafaan SMS Server does not have a built-in feature to periodically send a specific message. However, it is possible to implement this in a C# script in the Scripting Connector of Diafaan SMS Server. You can find an example of such a script in the Scripting Pack on the download page. The script is named SendDailyTestMessage.cs.

To send a voice call with a GSM Modem in Diafaan SMS Server you have to take the following steps:
- Set the 'PermitModemCommandMessages' property in the advanced settings of the GSM Modem Gateway to 'True'
- Send a message with message type 'modem.command' and the voice dial command in the message text
The voice dial command has the format ATDT01234567890;
where ATDT is the dial command, 01234567890
the phone number to be dialed and the ; to indicate that the modem
should not wait for a (data) connection.

Hello Gokmen,
GSM modems do not have the ability to make voice calls, at least not without having a microphone and speaker connected to the modem.
In Diafaan SMS Server it is possible to let the GSM modem dial a number instead of sending an SMS message, this will make the receiving phone ring but when you answer the call you won't hear anything.
