CMS error 500 is a general error that just means that the message could not be sent, it might mean that the number format is incorrect for the SIM card but there can be a number of other reasons why the message is rejected.
If you have a license that is still in the free update and support period I would like to see the communication log for the GSM Modem Gateway. First set the 'ModemInitializationBeginning' property to 'AT^LOGLEVEL=3' in the advanced settings of the GSM Modem Gateway and then enable communication logging (See https://www.diafaan.com/how-to/log-modem-problems/ for more information).
The 'AT^LOGLEVEL=3' commands tells the Android app to report all warnings and errors from the mobile phone to the GSM Modem Gateway.
You can send the log file to dms@diafaan.com, please include the serial number of your license in the email.

Hi sir
I tested the GSM emulator app and found a strange problem.
Many CMS Error 500s appear when the APP sends traffic. I directly use my mobile phone to test sending SMS and it is sent normally. When I use the GSM simulator App to send traffic again, CMS Error 500 will be returned immediately.
How do I need to improve? I have the current video and server screenshots.
