Hello Fowokemi,
What is the ESME error code that you get back from the SMPP server? If it is ESME error 102 then you can find the answer below.
If you get another ESME error code then I would like to know the exact error code and error message.

Hello Selma,
This error means that your SMPP provider rejected the message. This could be because the destination (to) address or the source (from) address is invalid but there could also be another reason why the messages are rejected by your SMPP provider.
The best approach is to first check if the destination and source addresses of the messages are valid and have the right number format. If that is the case then you can best contact your SMPP provider to ask them why the messages are rejected. When you get an answer from your SMPP provider that is not immediately clear to you please let me know, with this information I may be able to tell what the cause of the error is and what the correct settings in Diafaan SMS Server are.

Hi Diafaan,
We have configured SMPP Gateway using Diafaan with data that were provided to us by our SMSC Provider.
When we try to test sendig SMS message using this gateway, we get following:
Status: 300, Message rejected by the SMPP gateway;
Error: 102, ESME Receiver Reject Message Error Code,
Do You know what could be cause of this error and how to fix it?
